Nobody tell Threepio, but Artoo has a new bae. Just one problem: She isn't returning his affections
The Star Wars star — who also happens to be George Lucas' favorite character — is branching out into the indie film scene in this adorable new short made by an Autodesk designer with a little pro bono help from Lucasfilm employees. It's called Artoo in Love
First unveiled this weekend at the Sonoma Film Festival, the short seems to be very effective at pushing our "awww" buttons.
